Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,005 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2E-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1B, WDR43, and ALKBH2. Each is linked with POLR2E in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2E-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2E versus POLR1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
