POLR2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,990 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR2, PTK2_Y576, and MYG1. Each is linked with POLR2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2A versus FXR2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
