POLR2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, MEK1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with POLR2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by POLR2A-low versus POLR2A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
