Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIL1, ABCF1, and DHX16. Each is linked with POLR1H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1H versus PPIL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
