Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,925 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3E, MAP3K21, and FANCB. Each is linked with POLR1H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1H versus EIF3E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
