Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR1G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR1G data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher POLR1G Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR1G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and UCEC are the cancer types where POLR1G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
