POLR1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,558 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1E, PUS7, and NOC4L. Each is linked with POLR1G in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1G versus POLR1E in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
