Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,711 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYC, DCAF13, and C19orf48. Each is linked with POLR1G in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1G versus MYC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
