Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Smad3, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with POLR1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by POLR1G-low versus POLR1G-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
