Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,017 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, rRNA transcription, and Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with POLR1G in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1G results are reported.
