Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX4, ASCL3, and CCDC195. Each is linked with POLR1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRX4 grouped by POLR1G-low versus POLR1G-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
