Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR1F Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR1F data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher POLR1F Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR1F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, DLBC, and BRCA are the cancer types where POLR1F Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
