Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR1F mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR1F data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher POLR1F mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR1F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where POLR1F mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
