POLR1F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,102 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1A, NUDCD3, and FOXK1_S213. Each is linked with POLR1F in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1F versus POLR1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
