Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1E protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,618 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF3, CSE1L, and DDX21. Each is linked with POLR1E in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1E-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1E versus CPSF3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
