Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR1D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR1D data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher POLR1D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR1D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and SARC are the cancer types where POLR1D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
