POLR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2C1, RAX2, and OR52K1. Each is linked with POLR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2C1 grouped by POLR1B-low versus POLR1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
