Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,708 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, MSH6, and NONO. Each is linked with POLR1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1A versus ADNP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
