Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAI2, BZW2, and WDR43. Each is linked with POLR1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1A versus RAI2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
