POLR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ER-alpha_pS118, and MEK1. Each is linked with POLR1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by POLR1A-low versus POLR1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
