Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,935 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA transcription, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with POLR1A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1A results are reported.
