POLR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 321 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are B3GALT1, RAB19, and GPR3. Each is linked with POLR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1A-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B3GALT1 grouped by POLR1A-low versus POLR1A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
