POLN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJD2, MYOG, and OR4X2. Each is linked with POLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLN-to-partner and partner-to-POLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJD2 grouped by POLN-low versus POLN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
