The most reproducible POLM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, RNU105C, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with POLM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLM-to-partner and partner-to-POLM results are reported.
