POLL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,983 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, SMC3, and CWF19L1. Each is linked with POLL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLL-to-partner and partner-to-POLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLL versus SMC1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
