Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,240 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4, UQCC1, and TWNK. Each is linked with POLL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLL-to-partner and partner-to-POLL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLL versus DPP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
