POLL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLL-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, VHL, and CDK1_pY15. Each is linked with POLL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLL-to-partner and partner-to-POLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by POLL-low versus POLL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
