POLI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLI-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, MRPS15, and PSMB7. Each is linked with POLI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLI-to-partner and partner-to-POLI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by POLI-low versus POLI-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLI→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
