POLH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW1, CYLC1, and FAM205C. Each is linked with POLH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLH-to-partner and partner-to-POLH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW1 grouped by POLH-low versus POLH-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
