Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, CENPU, and TYW3. Each is linked with POLG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLG-to-partner and partner-to-POLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by POLG-low versus POLG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
