POLG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB4, OR1N1, and OR2T29. Each is linked with POLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLG-to-partner and partner-to-POLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB4 grouped by POLG-low versus POLG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
