Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP36_S73, KIF15_S568, and MKI67_S1679. Each is linked with POLE2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE2-to-partner and partner-to-POLE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 versus RRP36_S73 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
