Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLE-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, LARP1B, and RGN. Each is linked with POLE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE-to-partner and partner-to-POLE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by POLE-low versus POLE-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
