POLE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 981 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPBGL, IL3, and OR2C3. Each is linked with POLE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE-to-partner and partner-to-POLE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPBGL grouped by POLE-low versus POLE-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
