POLDIP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLDIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,911 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTLL12, RANBP1, and TNRC6B. Each is linked with POLDIP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP3-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLDIP3 versus TTLL12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLDIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLDIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
