POLDIP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLDIP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,659 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNU13, PACSIN2, and SLC25A17. Each is linked with POLDIP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP3-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLDIP3 versus SNU13 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLDIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLDIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
