Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLDIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure. Each is linked with POLDIP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP3-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP3 results are reported.
