Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLDIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLDIP2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher POLDIP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLDIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and BLCA are the cancer types where POLDIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
