POLDIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLDIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, LIG3, and AQR. Each is linked with POLDIP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP2-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLDIP2 versus SUPT6H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLDIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLDIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
