POLDIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLDIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,065 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, GGTA1, and GPSM3. Each is linked with POLDIP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP2-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLDIP2 versus FLI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLDIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLDIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
