POLDIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLDIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-629P, IFNG, and KLRD1. Each is linked with POLDIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP2-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-629P grouped by POLDIP2-low versus POLDIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLDIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLDIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
