Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLDIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,619 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLDIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquinone metabolic process, DNA replication initiation, and rRNA 5'-end processing. Each is linked with POLDIP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLDIP2-to-partner and partner-to-POLDIP2 results are reported.
