POLD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,122 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC1B, NUDT22, and PPP1CA. Each is linked with POLD4 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD4-to-partner and partner-to-POLD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD4 versus ARPC1B in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
