POLD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1B, SERPINB1, and ITGA3. Each is linked with POLD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD4-to-partner and partner-to-POLD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD4 versus CORO1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
