POLD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02053, MIR5583-1, and XKRY2. Each is linked with POLD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD4-to-partner and partner-to-POLD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02053 grouped by POLD4-low versus POLD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
