Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,009 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, Regulation of protein localization to membrane, and Positive regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell proliferation. Each is linked with POLD4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD4-to-partner and partner-to-POLD4 results are reported.
