POLD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S139, MCM4, and MCM5. Each is linked with POLD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD2-to-partner and partner-to-POLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD2 versus MCM2_S139 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
