POLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-1, ACTRT1, and GH2. Each is linked with POLD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD2-to-partner and partner-to-POLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-1 grouped by POLD2-low versus POLD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
