POLA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,757 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP7, POLA1_S209, and GPKOW. Each is linked with POLA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLA1-to-partner and partner-to-POLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLA1 versus RBBP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
