POLA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RMC1, CCDC43, and PRC1. Each is linked with POLA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLA1-to-partner and partner-to-POLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RMC1 grouped by POLA1-low versus POLA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
